Since we have been back to California there have been a lot of changes. Purchased a new home, joined the Coldwell Banker team, Chris is back to work, kids starting school and lots of new friends! Our hearts and hands are truly full!

Coming back and finding our new routine has been a challenge but we are excited for the new adventure of transforming our investment into our dream home. This is by far the biggest project we have taken on but they say nothing good comes easy.

Demo has started! We have found more water damage than expected but I think that’s the nature of construction. Rip it out and make it right.
